Standard Terms and Conditions of Business
The Public Impact companies (Public Impact Communications Limited and Public Impact Limited) trade under standard terms and conditions that are set out in the document that may be downloaded below.
These terms and conditions apply to any agreement whether that agreement be verbal or written or communication by electronic transmission including e-mail and other forms of electronic messaging or facsimile document to trade with either of the above Public Impact companies.
All invoices issued by the Public Impact companies are issued under these terms and conditions unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
